Our Commitment: No Affiliate Revenue

Our Commitment: No Affiliate Revenue

As a no affiliate subscription tracker, Naxcol does not earn affiliate or lead-generation revenue for steering you toward a particular provider. Recommendations are not determined by which alternative service is willing to pay Naxcol a commission. This approach keeps recommendations separate from affiliate incentives.

  • No affiliate commissions for switching providers
  • No lead-generation revenue influencing recommendations
  • No sale of user transaction data to third parties
  • No affiliate-driven sharing of transaction data

Our Revenue Model

Naxcol's business model includes paid subscriptions, usage-based platform fees, and interchange associated with issued-card spending.

Subscriptions

Naxcol is a paid platform with no free tier. Individual customers pay for Base, Pro, or Premium, while business customers pay per seat. Customers fund access to the platform directly rather than Naxcol relying on affiliate commissions to fund recommendations.

Usage-Based Fees

Each plan includes defined allowances for capacity-consuming features. When usage goes beyond those included allowances, additional charges may apply at disclosed rates. Core visibility features remain included and are not metered.

Interchange

When purchases are made using Naxcol-issued cards, Naxcol may receive a portion of the interchange associated with those transactions. We disclose interchange as part of our revenue model so customers can understand that this revenue exists and where it comes from.

What We Don't Get Paid For

What We Don't Get Paid For

Understanding what Naxcol does not monetize is just as important as knowing where revenue comes from.

  • Steering you toward a provider because it pays an affiliate commission
  • Generating paid leads for alternative providers
  • Selling your transaction data to third parties
  • Sharing transaction data for affiliate-driven purposes

When Naxcol identifies a recurring cost or recommends an action, there is no affiliate payment determining which provider the platform should favor.

What Usage-Based Billing Actually Means

Naxcol meters capacity-consuming features beyond the allowances included with your plan. Everyday access to the platform's core financial visibility features is not metered.

What Usage-Based Billing Actually Means

What Can Be Metered

  • Connected accounts beyond the allowance included with your plan
  • Active virtual cards beyond your included allowance
  • High-volume accounting-sync API usage for B2B organizations

What Is Not Metered

  • Subscription detection
  • Spending and price-increase alerts
  • Everyday dashboard usage

This approach keeps core visibility available within your subscription while applying additional charges to capacity-consuming features when usage exceeds the amount included with your plan.

Know Before an Overage Applies

As a transparent spend management platform, Naxcol is designed to make usage visible before it creates an additional charge. You can see how current usage compares with your included allowance and receive notifications as you approach or reach the limit.

Live usage-to-allowance visibility

Notification at 80% of your included allowance

Notification at 100% before an overage charge applies

Disclosed per-unit overage rates

No dynamic or surge pricing

Any applicable usage charges are itemized separately from your subscription fee, making it clear what generated the additional cost.

Our Recommendations Aren’t Funded by Affiliate Commissions

As a non-affiliate subscription tracker, Naxcol does not earn affiliate or lead-generation revenue for steering you toward a particular provider. Recommendations are not determined by which alternative service is willing to pay Naxcol a commission.

Transparency Is Part of the Product

Naxcol's commitment to transparency extends across recommendations, revenue, usage charges, and transaction-data practices. It reflects the brand principles of Transparency First, User-Aligned Not Incentive-Driven, and Clarity Over Complexity.

The goal is simple: give you visibility into your financial activity while also making the incentives behind the platform clear.
