B2B allowances are pooled across the organization rather than assigned separately to individual employees. Each paid seat contributes 5 connected accounts and 2 active virtual cards to the combined organization-wide allowance, giving teams flexibility when usage differs between employees.
For example, an organization with 5 paid seats would have a combined allowance of 25 connected accounts and 10 active virtual cards before account or card overage charges apply.
Why Naxcol Has No Free Tier
All Naxcol plans are paid from signup. This supports a revenue model based on customers paying directly for the platform rather than Naxcol relying on affiliate-driven recommendations. Naxcol also discloses usage-based fees and interchange associated with issued-card spending as part of its revenue model.
