Built to Work for the Person Paying for It

Naxcol was created around a straightforward idea: a financial platform should work for its customers rather than be influenced by companies paying to be recommended. Naxcol does not earn affiliate or lead-generation revenue for directing customers toward particular providers. Its revenue model is disclosed so customers can understand how the platform gets paid and the incentives behind the recommendations they receive.

This approach reflects the principles behind Naxcol from the beginning: Transparency First, User-Aligned Not Incentive-Driven, and Clarity Over Complexity.

What Naxcol Is

Naxcol is a financial management platform that combines transaction aggregation, Subscription Intelligence, and issued virtual cards. Users can connect supported bank and card accounts, bring transactions into a categorized spend feed, identify recurring charges, and review keep/cut recommendations with visible reasoning.

Where supported, Naxcol can attempt automated subscription cancellation after the user confirms the action, with a guided manual process available when automation is not possible. Eligible personal and business plans can also use virtual cards to place controls around future payments, including merchant restrictions, spending caps, and auto-freeze functionality for flagged subscription price increases.

From Financial Visibility to Action

From Financial Visibility to Action

Naxcol was designed to do more than organize information about money already spent. Subscription Intelligence can identify recurring charges, price increases, and likely overlapping subscriptions. Users can then decide what to keep or cut, while realized savings from completed cancellations and avoided price increases are tracked through an ongoing savings dashboard.

One Platform for Personal and Business Financial Activity

Naxcol serves individuals and small businesses through separate B2C and B2B experiences. Personal customers can manage subscriptions, discretionary spending, savings, and eligible virtual cards. Freelancers, contractors, solopreneurs, and teams of 1–20 people can use the business product for team card controls, subscription-sprawl visibility, role management, and accounting software connectivity with QuickBooks Online and Xero.
